Brahler Tire & Auto Center

I've had a great experience with Brahlers at 6th and Laurel today regarding repairs to my vehicle. They are the most honest, friendly, and personable group of people that I have met in this industry. I had received an astronomical quote from a national competitor (Firestone) for services and repairs that had caused me stress and concern. Although I normally take my vehicle to Brahlers, I went to the competitor because they were conveniently located at the time. However when I went to Brahlers, I realized that the quote from the competitor was inflated with unnecessary services and repairs. I couldn't thank Brahlers enough for their honesty. The owner of the establishment is one of the nicest persons you would want to meet. Not only did they provide a thorough evaluation of the problems that I was experiencing with my vehicle, they also provide shuttle services. I recommend Brahlers to everyone who wants an honest, quick and friendly great service for your car repairs and services.

Last minute thermostat fix on short notice, found a bigger issue with the housing as well that helped us in the long run since it would have just kept eating thermostats had they not found the crack in it. They understood the pressure, and stress of this happening on the way back from a trip going in for more doctor's appointments 3 hours away in Chicago a day later, but they made it happen! These gentleman were so incredibly kind, took great care of us and even found ways to help us where they could just knowing this was an already stressful thing and had the car back to us so quick! We're extremely grateful to them for their kindness, compassion, professionalism, and the level of urgency that was understood with what we were facing and the time crunch we were up against! Highly recommend!

This shop consistently delivers excellent customer service — friendly, responsive, timely, and professional from start to finish. What really sets them apart is their integrity. I never feel like I’m being upsold something I don’t need or given misleading information. They’re honest, straightforward, and truly care about doing quality repairs the right way in an industry where trust is unfortunately rare. I highly recommend them. Also, they have the nicest lobby and snacks for their customers!

I've been bringing my vehicle to Brahler Tire & Auto Center for a while now, and every visit reinforces why I keep coming back. The staff is genuinely kind and always takes the time to explain what's going on with my vehicle clearly and honestly. I never feel pressured or misled, just straightforward, trustworthy service. It's rare to find an auto shop where you leave feeling confident rather than second-guessing yourself. Highly recommend.

I’m not sure if it’s too early to write a review, but I’m very pleased with their service! As a full-time worker and college student, I felt secure and comfortable leaving my car with them. My car is running so much better now, and they completed everything in just a couple of hours! Before working on anything, they called me to discuss the repairs and provided the price upfront. I wish I had remembered the names of the staff members because they were all so nice. I truly appreciate the comfort they gave me during the process! As a 19-year-old who has had not-so-comforting experiences when fixing up my first car, I am just super happy with my experience! This is my first real and new car so I was nervous just leaving it with anyone. I got a wheel alignment, new tires, and suspension. They were worried about my traction light but it did reset itself! So I have no lights or sensors on my dashboard anymore! Thank you guys so much for squeezing me in! Sorry for such a long review but I need you guys to know how much this experience truly does mean to me!
